About this apartment rental
Great location and great view!
This top renovated 3 bedroom apartment sits directly on the beach walk in central Marbella and has both top location and top view. Only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful old town and the lovely Plaza de Naranjos with its variety of designer shops, tapas bars, restaurants. Less than 5 minutes walk to the Marbella marina and a 1 hour stroll along the beach to Puerto Banus.
Spacious apartment overlooking the beach, ocean, Puerto Banus and African coastline. The balcony provide the perfect place for watching the stunning sunsets (low season when the sun is lower) and overlooks the boardwalk and best beaches.
South facing with big balcony, situated in front of the best beaches. Playa de la Fontanilla is right in front of your building. Plays del Faro and Playa de Venus is about 200-300 metros to your left.
The apartment is cleaned between lettings.

The main bedroom has a 180 cm double bed. The second bedroom has 2 comfortable single 90 cm beds. The third bedroom has a pull out double 160 cm bed. Maximum 6 adults in total.
The modern sitting room is equipped with sofa group from Habitat and dining table group for the whole family. The sitting room have direct access to the bacony (for sunbathing and al fresco dining).
The sitting room has also big glass doors from floor to ceiling towards the beach and ocean.
Wifi conection, AC, central heating, dvd and films.
The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, micro, dish washer, washing mashine, coffee maker, water kettle, tea pot, toaster, mixer, fridge and small freezer.
All windows have safe black out curtains.
The old city and the city center with shops, bars and restaurants are at short walking distance from the apartment.
A car is not necessary. But we can help you with a parking garage if needed. Please let us know.

You dont need a car, you Walk easily everywhere. Nice restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shopping moments away.

We stayed here with our 16 year old son and his friend. We were blown away with the views from the apartment. It was clean and comfortable. Well fitted out. We didnt cook in the apartment as there were so many restaurant within minutes walk of the apartment. Located so well for all the amenities in Marbella. We will definitely be back. Ideal for couples or family of 4. Bathroom a bit tight but overall very happy with our stay. We arrived after midnight and there was someone there to help with our directions and key pick up. The booking and arrival all very well organised. Definitely worth the visit. The price was very competitive for its location.

Vi är mycket nöjda med vårt boende. Lägenheten är inte så stor för 5 personer men läget är perfekt och utsikten är fantastisk. Precis vid en fin del av stranden med många restauranger och samtidigt en kort promenad in till gamla stan där det finns många restauranger. Mysigt att promenera på strandpromenaden. Det tar ca 1 h att promenera till Puerto Banus. Kan rekommendera detta boende!

We stayed at the apartment for 5 nights. The location is fantastic - right on the beach and a short walk to Orange Square, shopping and tons of restaurants! The beach views from the apartment were amazing and we enjoyed meals on the large balcony. Everything worked in the apartment Jessica was wonderful to deal with. The only problem we had was parking - since we were there during the busiest travel time, we weren't always able to get a parking spot in the lot and had to park off site. I would definitely return to this amazing apartment!
