Nous étions 10 amis à profiter de cette maison et nous nous sommes régalés ! La disposition de la cuisine/salon/véranda nous permettait d’etre tous ensemble, pour cuisiner, pour manger, pour faire des jeux. A 10, personne n’etait a l’étroit Le coin piscine était super (+ jacuzzi au top !) On a passé un séjour formidable et Christophe a toujours été là pour répondre à nos questions. Merci Christophe ! Et à bientôt !

Excellente proximité des plages de la côte d'Azur

Nous avons effectivement bien Lézardé dans cette très jolie Maison avec son grand espace de vie intérieur mais aussi extérieur. Une grande Véranda et sa grande table pouvant accueillir nos deux familles de 4 adultes et 4 enfants, nous aurions pût ajouter 4 adultes de plus pour les repas... La Lézardière est très bien située, nous avons profité des plages de Hyères ( 30 minutes de route ), île de Porquerolles ( 40 min + le bateau ), Calanque de Mugel, La Ciotat ( 50 min ) Calanque de Port-Miou, Cassis ( 55 min + 35 min de marche), Marineland Antibes ( 1h25 ) Bandol ( 50 min )... Au retour de ces magnifiques plages et calanques, un plongeon dans la piscine était un réel plaisir, puis l'heure de apéro, du repas et enfin une fois les enfants couchés, nous terminions par un petit Jacuzzi!!! Bref, deux semaines de bonheur... Sans oublier un propriétaire à notre écoute. Les petits points négatifs qui, je précise, n'ont pas entachés notre séjour: Difficile d'utiliser la douche du haut et du bas en même temps ( manque de débit ) Electroménager moyen, Grille pain médiocre, aspirateur avec un sac saturé et produit d'entretien nous fournis. Peut-être un peu trop de chlore dans la piscine et de produit dans le jacuzzy. Rocbaron possède toutes les commodités ( banque, SuperU, Boucherie ( "Le palais de la viande", une tuerie!!! ), poissonnerie excellente, boulangerie etc... En revanche, Rocbaron n'a pas vraiment de charme car aucun commerces. A bientôt...

Sympathique maison, bien équipée, grande véranda et terrasse très agréable, joliment arborisé, piscine idéalement chauffée. Situation tranquille et idéale, à 30 minutes max. de tout, de la mer au sud, des jolis villages, vallons et cascades au nord. Propriétaires très sympas et accueillants. Merci on a beaucoup appréciés. Casa molto piacevole e curata. A pochi km dai negozi di Rocabron, vicino alla strada ma ben isolata dai rumori. Massima intimità in quanto la csa non ha vicinato a vista ed è circondata da alte siepi che permettono molta privacy. La struttura è posta su due piani, il secondo dei quali è diciamo prettamente zona notte per quando si è in più persone, collegato al primo con un ripida scala non praticissima. Il piano terra costituisce il cuore della casa e le zone giorno sono spaziosissime. La cucina è super fornita e di enormi dimensioni con un eccellente forno. Simpatica ed accolgiente la zona tv con decoder e pratico divano di notevoli dimensioni che cra un ambient eunico con la cucina. Vi è poi una veranda coperta con vetrate scorrevoli che permettono di creare un ambiente per mangiare dotato di tavolo grandissimo sia chiuso che aperto a seconda delle esigenze. Vi è anche un grande gazebo esterno con divanetti di vimini molto confortevole per leggere o riposarsi. Il valore aggiunto è la bella piscina riscaldata e l'angolo dotato di sauna e bella vasca idormassaggio. Diciamo che la casa offre un ottimo confort e un ottima cura e permette di assarci ore ed ore in relax senza dover per forza andare in spiaggia. Munirsi di repellenti per zanzare perchè sono piuttosto fastidiose a volte. Il giardino è curato, dotato di barbecue e di qualche gioco per bambini. Ampio parcheggio privato interno al cortile dotato di cancello automatico. I negozi zono a circa 2km e si trova un quartiere interamente dedicato agli esercizi commerciali dove c'è di tutto dalla Farmacia, ai meccanici, ai negozi veri oltre a forntiti market di discrete dimensioni. Il paese di rocbaron praticamente non esiste, per andare la mare zone Hyeres ci vanno circa 30 minuti di auto. Casa molto pulita e propretari gentili e disponibili per ogni evenenza che abitano a 5 minuti di distanza. Very cozy Home, the ground floor is big and with a fantastic full equiped kitchen. the first floor has a sleeping area to use only when there are a lot of guests,not very safe stairs. The garden is very pretty and confortable with a patio zone that is connected to the home by a big veranda that is possible to transform form open to closed zone using some big sliding windows.the swimming pool is nice with hot water and a comfortable solarium zone and a corner with a big jacuzzi and sauna that are a real value addicted.The owners are very kind and the house is clean and really full equiped. no face to face neighbor.

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très gentils et très disponibles. Le seul petit bémol, c''est qu''il manque internet mais ça va être corrigé... "Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette maison qui est très calme et facile d'accès. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par un ami des propriétaires. La seule petite remarque concerne la qualité de la literie (matelas très mous) et une chambre avec un lit 1/2 au lieu d'un grand lit. Mais une belle pièce à vivre avec cheminée. Belle cuisine et nombreuses chambres. Un bel espace extérieur avec piscine qui doit être super en été."
