Surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, the area offers panoramic walking paths, local wineries, and traditional trattorias. The property enjoys a private and scenic setting, easily reachable by car: approximately 40 minutes from Florence, 20 minutes from Pistoia and Montecatini Terme, and less than an hour from Pisa and Lucca. Perfect for day trips to Chianti, Siena, and the medieval town of San Gimignano.
