About this villa rental

This large villa (10 people) is perfect for spending your holidays with family or friends.

It is ideally located in the heart of the Armorique natural park, in the village of Landevennec, facing the sea and right on the water. You can enjoy an authentic, comfortable house with character and fully decorated, equipped but also functional. You will appreciate the beautiful terraces, the large enclosed garden and above all the private heated swimming pool which will delight young and old people. Your car will be safe in the private parking.

If you are sailing, you will be able to come with your own boat if you wish (visitor mooring in the port, ask the Town Hall of Landevennec). For tennis fans, there is a municipal course in the village (reservation is possible with the Town Hall).

Landevennec is also the entrance to the Crozon peninsula where a community of monks have established themselves in the St Gwenolé abbey, a war ship cemetery) and located on the GR34 route.

Nearby: You will find long and magnificent sandy beaches 10 minutes away by car, superb points and panoramas (Pointe de Pen Hir, les Tas de pois, Pointe des Espagnols, Cap de la Chèvre), Crozon, Morgat, Camaret, Locronan : small city of character.

The peninsula is framed by the bay of Brest to the north, the bay of Douarnenez to the south with the Pointe du Raz, and the Mer d'Iroise to the west. Brest and Quimper are approximately 50 km away.

Very good location beautiful views , pool nice and protected from the wind ,just let down by not having any sun loungers by the pool only had chairs and not enough supplied chairs either , also the seating in the lounge wasn't adequate for the amount of people staying overall, the facilities were very good though and the kitchen has more than enough equipment and crockery and cutlery for everyone, we had a lovely holiday , keep in mind they do charge extra for bedding and towels , otherwise a nice time was had by all .

Location was lovely and the heated pool was brilliant for all the family. The house is furnished in an eclectic way which suits adults rather than children. We were disappointed with the quality of bedding linen and towels all of which really needs to be replaced. We were a party of 8 adults and the hot water was not sufficient for us all to have a shower and needed boosting regularly. On the whole a pleasant property in a lovely village location.

The home is a lovely and beautiful and spacious place for a holiday with family and friends. Unfortunately the house was not clean to an acceptable standard. The surfaces and drawers were not cleaned thoroughly enough with marks and stains evident. The manager who met us was not friendly or available when called, she never answered her phone on multiple tries to get hold of her. The house is very cluttered with unnecessary decorations and clutter. The coffee machine was not working, the other equipment in the house is very old and outdated and quite a few lights and lamps were not working. Once again the manager on check out did not answer her phone or confirm time for check out and was very rude, aggressive and unprofessional on check out. There is a cleaning fee paid - and the house was not cleaned to standard. It’s a beautiful home but not entirely good value for money.

This is a lovely, well-equipped characterful property in an excellent location. The best things about it are the garden, the pool and the view from the windows and terrace. I could sit and watch what’s happening all day. The only criticism is that I’m not a fan of the animal skins in the African themed room and be aware, bedsheets and towels are not included in essential linen. Thoroughly recommend this property as a relaxing break or a base for great activities.

Great location, well equipped attractive house . Pleasant garden with shade and much used heated swimming pool.Barbecue and plenty of outdoor seating . All used by our family of 11 , ages ranging from 20 to 86. The only lack was separate toilets and little hanging space for clothes in some bedrooms

The house is set in a beautiful garden. The swimming pool was perfect for adults and children. The village is peaceful with essential supplies available when you don’t want to visit the supermarket. The house had plenty of equipment for twelve of us. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms all in order. We contacted the manager with a question and she replied very quickly. Six adults and six children all enjoyed the holiday very much.

La Villa est très agréable, la piscine, le jardin et le port de Landevennec sont tous les ingrédients réunis pour passer un merveilleux week-end entre amis. Je regrette seulement une entrée dans les lieux tardive (17h), le départ matinale (10h) et il faut prévoir ses draps, serviettes de toilette, huile d’olive et papier toilette.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette demeure familiale avec une situation un peu éloigné mais appréciable pour le calme. Par contre l'après séjour a été très compliqué puisque nous avons été débité à tort pour une supposé détérioration du rideau de piscine qui était très endommagé à l'état des lieux d'entrée. Donc un seul conseil exiger un état des lieux en entrée et en sortie avec photo à l'appui afin de passer un bon retour et d'éviter de payer des frais qui ne vous sont pas imputables.

Je redis très belle propriétaire. Le seul reproche que je peux faire c'est de payer un mois avant la caution et de ne la récupérer que trois semaines plus tard alors que l'état des lieux a été fait et qu'il n'y a rien à signaler.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison. La maison est relativement bien équipée et confortable. Tout est conforme à l'annonce. Les extérieurs sont le grand plus: jardin (très soigné), piscine, balcon, veranda (pratique en cas d'averse!). La presque île est magnifique et mérite d'être découverte. Dommage que l'accès à la plage de l'île vierge était fermée durant notre séjour!

Une maison très bien placée et bien équipée, le rez de chaussée plus agréable que le premier. Une très agréable petite terrasse pour petit-déjeuner devant le bras de mer. Le jardin est très joli et bien entretenu. Un hic à la piscine, un tantinet petite : la pompe à chaleur chauffe peu ou mal. Mais l’ensemble laisse un très bon souvenir dans un bel endroit.

Qui dit maison de famille dit grande maison ! Et nous n'avons pas été déçus ! Une grand salon, beaucoup de couchages et un jardin immense pour passer du bon temps !!!! Que demander de mieux ?! La piscine chauffée... un point plus que positif, température idéale pour se baigner en Bretagne ;) Le jardin est très bien entretenu, c'est un endroit complètement dépaysant !!! La vue sur mer dès le petit déjeuner me manque déjà !!!! La maison est très propre et beaucoup d'équipements sont présents !!! Je recommande à 100000% cette maison très charmante !!!! Nous y retourneront dès que possible !!!

Madame, A l'issu de notre séjour à l'Oasis je tiens à vous faire part de nos observations principales relatives aux dysfonctionnements constatés tout en vous assurant que globalement nous sommes satisfaits. Ces remarques ont pour objet de faciliter l'action des intéressés afin d'améliorer la qualité de leurs prestations. - La piscine n'était pas opérationnelle le jour de notre arrivée, en cause la couleur verte anormale de l'eau ainsi que l'odeur. Nous avons pu profiter de bains que le lendemain après-midi après 24h de traitement. - Toutes les poubelles étaient archi pleines et avons du les vider pour éviter la prolifération des mouches par exemple. Les pièges à mouches dans la cuisine ont du être changés. - Le lèchefrites du four n'avait pas été nettoyé. - Le frigo de la cuisine présente une fuite d'eau en partie basse. - Certaines assiettes étaient rangées sales dans le buffet. - Le drap du dessous du lit de 160 n'est pas adapté. - Le congélateur du s/sol est givré. - La literie d'une façon générale est très moyenne. - Anomalie de fonctionnement sur la chasse d'eau du haut. - Plusieurs ampoules électriques de l'étage étaient à changer. - Nous n'avons pas trouvé de torchons de cuisine ... Ces remarques ont été signifiées à Breizh conciergerie. Je pense qu'un dédommagement adapté serait souhaitable. Par ailleurs, je trouve que la retenue de la caution pendant 2 semaines est trop longue. Heureusement le reste nous a réjoui. En particulier la situation exceptionnelle, le festnoz du samedi soir, la tranquillité du quartier et du village, le concert de harpe celtique à l'Abbaye et même le spectacle du dauphin égaré dans le port ... Landevennec est un petit coin de paradis et l'Oasis est aux premières loges. nous avons découvert la région et apprécié la situation de cette maison avec une vue dont on ne se lasse pas...(quelque soit le temps) l'oasis est une maison confortable, parfaitement adaptée aux familles avec enfants..petits et grands; un plus: la vision écologique; un point à revoir: le compost trop près de la maison.
