Overall great experience but could be exceptional

The Villa is of a great size we had 11 people with us and there was plenty of room, the pool and football table and inside pool are all great and were used frequently throughout our stay. The Villa is located in a very small village, be aware you will have to travel for the French croissants and fresh bread each day as there are no shops in the village. Whilst the rooms are large the beds could make this holiday exceptional if they were more comfortable and with classic cotton bedding. The bed my husband and I had was a small double with an uncomfortable mattress and terry towel stretch sheet which was quite nasty. One of the other beds mattress was particularly bad as the person sleeping on it was sleeping around the springs and the other double bed had plastic sheeting under the top sheet. Again with a few touches like fluffy white towels and enough for each person staying, a handle on the door of the washing machine (so that you don’t have to use a knife to shut and open the door) this Villa could be exceptional. On a side note the other family we shared with had to wait 10 days for the damage deposit refund and that was after a call to Home Away who sent an email, text message and a message direct from myself all to the owner. He also doesn’t speak any English so I’d like our group your French isn’t great communication is a little difficult.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Saint. Eloy. There was plenty to entertain us at the house. Michel, the owner, was very friendly. There are a few things which would have made the stay more enjoyable. For instance, there was no hairdryer available. Also the washing machine door, and vacuum cleaner hose needed repairing. Other than that a delightful stay. Thank you Michel. Ma famille et moi avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à Saint. Eloy. Il y avait beaucoup à nous divertir à la maison. Michel, le propriétaire, était très sympathique. Il y a quelques petites choses qui auraient rendu le séjour plus agréable. Par exemple, il n'y avait pas de sèche-cheveux disponible. De plus, la porte de la machine à laver et le tuyau d'aspirateur devaient être réparés. Autre que cela un séjour délicieux. Merci Michel.

Notre séjour c'est très bien passé , mais plusieurs points ne nous ont pas convaincus : - Les tables/ Vaisselle/ Sol n'étaient pas très propre. - Pas de draps ni de serviettes fournis à notre arrivée (Pourtant noté dans l'annonce). - Le mobilier et les différents jeux ne sont pas entretenus et ne correspondent pas aux photos de l'annonce (Manque des tiroirs ect..)

Grande maison bien agréable tant pour le séjour que les loisirs disponibles (piscine chauffée, billard, ...). L'environnement est très calme, à la campagne, propice aussi bien au repos qu'à la découverte de cette belle région. La maison et le jardin sont bien entretenus et le grand garage permet de mettre la voiture à l'abri des intempéries. Le propriétaire est disponible en cas de besoin. Merci pour son chaleureux accueil!

Sehr schönes Haus, sehr netter Vermieter, der trotz unserer minimalistisch Französischkenntnisse sich alle Mühe mit uns gegeben hat☺️ Es gab für alle Altersgruppen etwas zu tun. Kleiner Abzug für Umgebung, weil tatsächlich nicht viel in Laufumgebung war- man musste halt mit dem Auto los, aber das Haus selbst hat durchaus entschädigt dafür!

Nichée sur les hauts du petit village de Saint ELOY, cette vaste villa récente aux poutres apparentes est dotée de tout le confort possible: _ un grand garage pour au moins deux grandes voitures _ une grande cuisine équipée et luxueuse rien ne manque _ un salon salle à manger en "L" avec de grandes baies vitrées donnant sur un très grand jardin sans vis à vis _ de vraies grandes chambres avec dressings et literies confortables _ deux salles de bains avec douches italiennes, baignoires, doubles vasques _ une piscine intérieure 4x8 chauffée et...une table de ping pong, un vrai billard, un babyfoot de café, une playstation, un écran TV géant avec ampli et enceintes, tout l'électroménager possible et imaginable. Un court de tennis municipal, gratuit à 5 minutes à pied... LE TOP...de plus la villa est idéalement située à 15/20 minutes de toutes les curiosités du Finistère, CAMARET, DAOULAS, CROZON, BREST, Océanopolis etc... Nous avons passé une vraie bonne semaine reposante, ludique, sportive, enrichissante.Une location à recommander, un propriétaire de parole, réactif, attentionné, ponctuel, discret et...breton : TRUGAREZ (merci).

Nous avons passé un très bonne semaine malgré la grisaille. Tout est fait dans cette superbe maison pour que tout se passe bien. Le propriètaire est très discret et très gentil. Les photos misent sur le site sont vraiment la réalité. La piscine est très agréable et bien ensoleilée grace aux grandes baies vitrées.Je conseille cette maison à tout ceux qui veulent passer une semaine en famille. Dommage que la semaine soit passée si vite...

Nous avons passé une super semaine du nouvel an dans une villa magnifique. La piscine est fabuleuse. De très beaux volumes, chacun y trouve son espace Tout est bien pensé, rien ne manque et en prime la gentillesse du propriétaire ! A refaire sans hésitation.

Vraiment une très belle surprise lorsque l'on a découvert la villa : très spacieuse, tout le confort y était pour un séjour sans contrainte, avec en bonus la piscine intérieure chauffée qui a ravi petits et grands. Superbe villa, très spacieuse, grand confort. Nous avons passé un agréable week-end entre amis : piscine, billard, promenade...nous avons eu de quoi s'occuper tout le week-end, en plus, sous un grand soleil breton. Une des grandes qualité de cette maison est la piscine avec accès direct à la maison (au salon) : très pratique, notamment quand on a des enfants en bas âge : on passe directement de la piscine à la baignoire, aucun risque d'attrapper froid. N'hésitez pas, allez-y, vous ne regretterez pas.
