About this house rental
This sweet vintage home was renovated and is ideal for your beach getaway. The home is located in the historic district of St. Joe and is an easy walk to Silver Beach on Lake Michigan. Guests love the location! The downtown area is just a few blocks away, along with Krasl Art Center, Curious Kid's Museum and St Joe's Public Library all an easy walk and the beach!
The house has a large living room with separate dining room area. The bathroom was just completely renovated with new flooring and new vanity. The kitchen has been gutted with new cabinets, counter, appliances, etc. It is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishes/classes, etc. There are two bedrooms currently with two queen mattresses. NOTE: currently, the back bedroom is being enlarged/renovated. Photos will be updated soon. There is an eat-in kitchen. The living room/dining room combination has a dinning table along with living room furniture. There is a washer and dryer and central air-conditioning. There is also a front porch and a private back yard with outdoor furniture. Fenced yard. The home is nicely furnished with art and a small hand painting on the floor. Mostly hardwood floors.
Swimming, sunbathing, walk to town, Kid's Curious Muesum, playground on the beach, art classes at Krasl Art Center, festivals, shops, restaurants, wine tasting, state parks near by, walking trail, bike riding, library, beach volleyball, Kayak rentals, charter fishing, golfing.
Historic downtown St. Joe is a short walk away. The town hosts a variety of festivals, art fairs, antique shows throughout the summer months. There is plenty to due in town and Lake Michigan is a short walk away.

This house was absolutely adorable and the host was very sweet accommodating my little special needs pups. My pups all loved the yard and we even did a doggy beach day! It was very comfortable and cozy. And the location could NOT be beat! It was about a half mile walk to restaurants and we were able to pop in and out with ease to take care of my precious fur babies. I will Definitely be booking this wonderful place again!

The house was so comfy and adorably decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Everything very clean. Fenced back yard was great for my dog. So close to shopping, restaurants and beaches. Owner was great with communications. We would definitely rent again.

The property is located in a great neighborhood of St Joseph, close to Silver Lake Beach and Lyons Beach. Very family friendly Nice living area, dining area, good kitchen and bathroom.
Enclosed back yard and garage.
