It consists of a living room with a large kitchenette and 2 single beds use a sofa, 1 bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe, bathroom with shower.
The whole house overlooks a sensational terrace of exploitable property with table and chairs, and sea view over the Gulf of Squillace, and surrounded by greenery.
It has air conditioning and a washing machine, while there is no TV.
The initial and final cleaning are charged at a cost of € 30.00 while all consumption is included, linen is not provided.
Small pets allowed (with supplement) and children.
Supplement of € 100 per week for the central weeks of August if less than 3 are booked.
For long stays, over 21 nights a discount will be applied to the stay

La casa è pulita e molto luminosa, con grandi finestre che regalano la vista mare anche all'interno. E' piccola, ma dotata di tutto quello che può servire in una casa vacanze.Si dorme bene perchè il posto è veramente molto silenzioso e la casa rimane fresca in quanto dotata di aria condizionata oltre che di pale. Ha 2 terrazzini su cui cenare con una meravigliosa vista sul golfo.
