The distance from the sea and the passage is only 150 m, while from the beach 900 m. The supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance, and the bank and ATM are at 250 m. The distance from the center of Umag is about 900 m.

At only 150 m there is the tourist train station that starts from the tourist village of Katoro and along the coast arrives at Umago center and vice versa. In the center, to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam is recommended. For those who love the gym on the seafront, there is outdoor equipment to use for free, and areas with games for children along the coast. In order to buy it, it is advisable to go a few kilometers to the most convenient supermarkets in the city: Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine.
