Amenities include Wi-Fi, A/C, and parking is available in front of the house. Guests also have access to a shared tavern behind the house, equipped with a barbecue and a sitting area. Close to ATP tennis center, playground, tourist train stop (400m), restaurant (200m), supermarket (500m), and seafront (600m).
