About this villa rental
Independent villa located in the Park of Monte di Portofino, surrounded by an olive grove with a wide view of the bay of Portofino and the whole Gulf of Tigullio up to La Spezia. The villa was built in 1928 on an ancient oil mill, it is a prestigious home furnished with English-style furnishings, with a central living room with six windows that access the park and a terrace overlooking the whole of Santa Margherita Ligure. Another terrace of over 300 square meters insists on the whole building.
It has 4 master bedrooms, each with independent air conditioning. There are two other bedrooms with attached bathroom and air conditioning. The house is completely renovated with English style bathrooms and slate floors. Double glazed style windows. At the center of the house there is a large double kitchen with style floors.
