An authentic experience.
Soap for washing your face shouldn't be an issue. The bed spreads seemed dated. The bathroom offered privacy only if the doors to the adjacent rooms were closed, no keys though. Strange. I didn't see any mosquito screens for the windows so they remained closed. We also booked the dinner experience with the manade tour at the same location. The tour was two hours in French only, no question about international visitors. The dinner offered coffee but had no cream or milk to go with it. Strange again. The same for the bread offered - no butter.
