Location of the house fantastic, 5 minutes walk from cabasson beach. 10 minute drive to Bormes le mimosa, a beautiful village with a very beautiful historic center and charming alleys, where there are small shops, restaurants and shopping centres. Cap Benat is beautiful with fantastic beaches, few people and pine trees close to the beach. Stephanie very kind and ready to solve any problem. To return.

Un séjour bien agréable et reposant dans un très bel endroit

10 mns à pieds pour rejoindre la première plage très fréquentée et quelques minutes supplémentaires pour en atteindre d’autres bien plus tranquilles et sauvages. Cabasson est un endroit merveilleux pour ceux qui recherchent le calme, l’éloignement de la vie urbaine pour passer de belles vacances dans une bien sympathique maison assortie d’un très beau jardin. L’équipement est complet, l’assistance locale (Stéphanie et un autre Monsieur) très sympathique et réactive et les différents contacts avec la propriétaire toujours très chaleureux. Excellemment bien placé : à vue du Fort de Brégançon et au milieu des meilleurs vignobles de Côtes de Provence (Domaines Ott, Léoube, Chateau de Brégançon et bien d’autres...) ce coin du Var est préservé et on souhaite vivement qu’il le reste ! Nous avons tous très envie d’y revenir !

Magnifique petite maison et très beau jardin, ombragé et lumineux, à distance du chemin, permettant aux enfants de s'amuser, sans risque. La plage est à 10 minutes à pied et donne sur un magnifique sentier des douaniers à droite et le fort de Bregançon à gauche. Les chambres sont toutes personnalisées et très jolies. La propriétaire, Catherine Leveque et Laurence, qui nous a accueilli, ont très bien décrit le lieu et la maison. Les domaines viticoles sont très réputés aux alentours, le village de Bormes les Mimosas est magnifique dans cette période Pasquale et nous y avons très bien mangé (contrairement au Lavandou...). La côte est magnifique, les îles d'or sont accessibles depuis le Lavandou et le rythme méditerranéen nous a vite gagné dans ce havre de paix. Je recommande Cabasson et cette location à tous mes amis qui souhaitent passer un séjour sur la Côte d'Azur.

Mauvaise pioche car la déco de la maison est vraiment horrible: tout est vieillot, rouillé, à moitié cassé, la vaisselle est pleine de sciure dans un vaisselier attaqué par les cuçons ! Un cauchemar ! Le jardin est sympa et la plage est à 10 minutes à pied. L'endroit est éloigné de tout le soir. Communication sympa avec la propriétaire mais le rapport qualité/prix est malheureusement très mauvais. Ça faisait longtemps qu'on n'était pas tombé sur une location avec un standing aussi bas en même temps, les photos parlent d'elles mêmes ... Conseil, allez voir ailleurs...

Une maison très agréable, très calme, dans un jardin magnifique, et toute proche d'une baie et d'une plage superbes, avec une vue étonnante sur le fort de Brégançon, à quelques centaines de mètres. Au total, un endroit étonnement préservé où nous avons séjourné à trois reprises - la Côte d'Azur comme on la rêve.

Maison trés trés agréable,propre,calme et tranquille,bien agencée et décorée.Elle est "vivante",parfaite pour une ambiance sereine de vacances.Large espace dans le jardin,où chacun trouve son ombre ou son soleil.Idéale et sans risques pour les enfants. Proximité (7 à 10 mn à pied) de la plage de Cabasson,au pied du fort de Brégançon. C'est la "côte" des années 60,libre et sauvage ! J'adore.
