-We never met the staff, but they were available if we had an issue. They greeted us with a personalized written note in the room. -The ambiance was quiet and quaint and aesthetically gorgeous. -We loved the little courtyard. We weren’t around long enough to enjoy it, but it looked like a great lounge area for socializing. -The room was sweet and adorable.
-Bathroom was very small. I was traveling with my husband, but if I had been with a girlfriend or group of women, it would’ve been more uncomfortable to change and dress in the small bathroom. -The room could use a separate vanity mirror and a lamp on the desk.

My wife liked the decore.
The check-in process was inadequate. The instructions for check-in were not apparent and we had bad cellular service.
