Proximidade da praia, cafés, restaurantes, parque de estacionamento coberto, etc. Da vizinha da frente, uma senhora com alguma idade, mas uma simpatia de pessoa 🙂

Casa de banho com pouco espaço e necessidade de sítio para estender toalha a secar, dentro do alojamento, uma vez que as ruas são movimentadas. Pendurador de roupa.
