La ubicación. Está al lado de la playa
Encontramos migas en las sillas de la cocina y te hace desconfiar un poco de la limpieza. Las escaleras son terribles y la ubicación es tan céntrica que no puedes no paras con el coche para subir tus cosas

Apartamento muito bem situado. O apartamento é tal e qual as fotos mostram, renovado e bonito. A rua é calma, e é só desce-la a pé para estarmos no centro ou na avenida marginal. O lugar de estacionamento privado é um autêntico sossego (quem conhece a Nazaré sabe ao que me refiro) mesmo que este seja numa rua paralela.
Não tenho nada negativo para mencionar. Só quero aproveitar para avisar quem tem problemas de mobilidade que o apartamento fica no segundo andar e as escadas são um pouco estreitas e íngremes. Para nós não foi inconveniente, mas há quem tenha de se preocupar com isso.

Adorei o apartamento, super bem equipado, lindíssimo, bom isolamento de som. Muito bem localizado, apenas a alguns metros da praia, de restaurantes, supermercados, mercado municipal. Voltarei sempre que possível.
