I'm genuinely confused how this property earned a 4-star rating. The facilities and service fall far below expectations.
Location:Inconvenient for travelers without cars. A 10-minute uphill walk from the train station, plus another 10 minutes to reach the old town – hardly ideal with luggage.
Facilities:More like a converted apartment than a proper hotel, with outdated amenities. The "management" feels like a casual family-run hostel, lacking professionalism.
Service:Unacceptable. Our room's AC was unbearably noisy. When we complained, the front desk shrugged and said the manager's "solution" was to turn it off entirely – no apologies or compensation offered.
Save your money and book elsewhere. This place doesn’t deserve its rating.
