The host Theresa was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean , linen and towels changed regularly. Theresa took the pots/crockery everyday and replaced them with clean ones. The location was peaceful and relaxing. We had breakfast cereals left everyday with material to make tea/coffee.
The driveway out onto the main road was a bit dicey. A mirror opposite would be a great addition.

Everything was accessible. Lovely homely room. The host Teresa was so lovely. I will be recommending this beautiful little place to anyone and everyone who is thinking of taking a trip down to Cornwall.
