My two bedroom quad house is on a secure urbanisation in Playa Flamenca. It has a ground floor terrace and large rooftop solarium for shade in the summer and all year round sun. It’s very well situated for Zenia Boulevard shopping centre, the local Saturday market, shops, restaurants, pubs, bars and beaches.
On a secure gated complex in a well established quiet residential area, the house is within walking distance of beaches, bars, supermarkets, restaurants, a large weekly street market and the wonderful ZENIA BOULEVARD Shopping Centre.
Zenia Boulevard opened in September 2012 and is one of the biggest commercial centres in Europe with over 175,000m2 of retail space. It is open until late in the evening every day of the year, has free parking, free wifi and hosts entertainment events most afternoons and evenings. Shops include: Decathlon, H&M, C&A, Lefties, Zara, Zara Home, Mango, Primark, Alcampo hypermarket, Leroy Merlin, Guess, Geox and many others. There is also a pharmacy, lots of bars and restaurants, a casino and a bowling alley – needless to say we spend a lot of time there and really cannot believe our luck that it is only 10 minutes walk away from the house!
Casa Alegre is managed by a company based in Playa Flamenca so local support is available if needed during your stay. They will arrange to meet and greet you (including key handover) when you arrive. This service is free between 8am and 8pm local time. If you arrive between 8pm and midnight, they charge 25€, between midnight and 8am it is 50€.
There is a spacious communal swimming pool on the complex, with a children's pool area.
Well situated on the coast between ALICANTE and MURCIA, the house is convenient for exploring TORREVIEJA, CARTAGENA, the MAR MENOR and much more by car.
There are many golf courses in the surrounding area, a water park in Torrevieja, plus mini golf and go-karting a short distance away.
BENIDORM with Terra Mitica, Terra Natura etc. is a 1.5 hour drive away.
The property has 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. There is a living/dining room with UK TV, DVD, and music system, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, ceramic hob, fan oven, microwave, tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, iron etc. and a good sized bathroom with a newly installed walk in shower.
There are heating/air conditioning units and ceiling fans in the living area and in both of the bedrooms.
WiFi, Netflix, a hairdryer, bed linen and bath towels are provided.
Outside there is a spacious and comfortable downstairs terrace plus a large upstairs solarium with areas of shade and ALL YEAR ROUND SUN!
Airport transfers can be arranged if required.

Very clean and tidy property, in a location we have visited many times. It’s on an estate with many different styles of property. Very quiet at night. Pool a short walk away, beach about 20 minute walk. It is a small property, ideal for a couple.

Lors de notre arriver nous avons ete réceptionné par mayte tres gentille qui nous a tout expliqué. Un petit probleme avec le wifi qui a tres vite ete réglé par l agence. Accueil au top necessaire ete la (eau, jus d orange, gateaux, et sangria). Piscine tres agreable pas trop de monde a la fois et tres grande. La maison tres bien équipée (clim dans toute les pieces, linge de lit au top, menage impeccaple, et le solarium le soir avec la petite brise du vent idéal)et pour se garer toujours de la place dans la rue. Seul bemol la vaiselle pas tres propres a notre arriver et le lave vaiselle qui ne lave pas comme il faut mais c est pas grave super vacances. Merci pour tout a tres bientôt.
