Guests can now enjoy all it has to offer! This villa is located right next to the pool for a quick lap or floating on a raft. There is a fabulous grassy space beyond the patio where you can access the pool and only steps away to access the walkover to the beach. Options for enjoyment are limitless!
Once you step inside this gorgeous condo, you will know you chose the perfect vacation get-away. Beautiful furniture such as the linen sectional sofa, swivel glider chairs, gray marble dining table, and white modern dining chairs will invite you to stay for a while as you soak in coastal comfort. Step outside to your new outdoor patio furniture and a large stainless gas grill. It is the perfect place to enjoy lunch or a sunset as you gaze at the emerald Gulf of Mexico. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable has been provided for your enjoyment. Nothing has been overlooked.
The open-concept kitchen has gorgeous Carrara marble countertops with a subway tile backsplash. There are high-end appliances and seating at the kitchen bar for five. This kitchen is equipped with all the necessities and more. The dining area includes an oval, eight foot, marble dining table with comfortable seating at the table for six.
There are three bedrooms in this villa. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, walk-in closet and double vanity dressing room. One guest bedroom has two queen-sized beds and the other guest bedroom has a king-sized bed. Designer bed linens and pillow top mattresses will help to relax in the utmost comfort.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom. All three bathrooms have new Carrera marble vanities and showers. The master bath has a walk-in shower and a freestanding soaker tub. New plush bath towels are also provided for your visit.
The living area features a brand new 65" flat screen TV. All of the bedrooms have brand new 50" flat screen TVs. Cable and wireless internet access are included.
This villa is conveniently located across from Gulf Place and at the intersection of CR 393 and 30A. Walk a few steps across the street for lunch or dinner at Skunk Gulley, Shelby’s or Perfect Pig enjoy a bite to eat or listen to live music. There are also many shops for you to peruse on that lazy afternoon.
When you are ready for a day of shopping, boating, parasailing, nightlife and more, Destin is just 15 minutes to the west, and Panama City Beach is just approximately 20 minutes to the east.

We loved it. Short walk to the beach. We didn’t really use the pool. The condo is great. Bathroooms are great. Kitchen is great. Strongly recommend paying for chairs. Those guys are out there at 530 setting chairs so if you wanna be front row on your ocean chair then rent. We rented four chairs two umbrellas and was way worth it. Restaurants shops and a liquor store all within couple 100 yards walking. We enjoyed Shunk the most. Great margaritas great view great food.

Our Condo was beautiful: Decorator-classy/pretty. Directly off main road. The beach access was GREAT. (Located right next to Public Beach though...) Shops and restaurants across the street were very nice and convenient.
COMMUNICATION: Norma Jean was readily accessible, super friendly. Accomodating an early arrival. She even left a sweet cake and balloon for our teenager's Birthday. So thoughtful and a lovely extra!
Any and all needs met... We had a wonderful stay!
Ideally though, there would be lovely mauve-gray velvety black-out curtains in the bedrooms and sleeping areas, even living room for glare, and maybe some way to create privacy on the patio---located right next to the pool. And, irrigation sprinklers were directed at patio every other morning...
NOTE: If your teenagers are interested in the activities at Seaside, a bike ride is too long and disconcerting for a parent.

I've stayed in about 5 different units at Villas of Santa Rosa over the last 10 years. This unit was probably my favorite! Perfect location, recently updated, and right next to the pool. Management was awesome fixing an issue we had almost immediately. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thanks!!
