Welcome to this sought-after beachfront villa with community pool, four bedrooms and three baths in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.
B201, faces the Gulf of Mexico, is directly across from Gulf Place and sleeps 10 people. The attached photos show the renovations made, new furnishings and coastal décor. Everything you could want for a beach getaway! The owner's attention to detail is evident from the moment you open the front door.
As you step into your villa, you will be greeted by waves that welcome you to the beach. From the kitchen, living room and spacious balcony, the emerald waves beckon you to relax and enjoy the beach. You will also notice a conveniently located beach chair and umbrella set-up from your balcony which you may call in advance to rent. On your short walk to the Villas' beach access, you will notice the community pool and outdoor shower area. All the amenities needed to make your stay a very pleasant experience.
JRJ's Dream is located in the Villas of Santa Rosa Beach. This small gated complex offers only 24 units with stairs and elevators in each of the three separate buildings. This villa is located on the second floor in the "B" building. There are only two units per floor with easy elevator and stair access.
Directly across the street in Gulf Place, you will find an assortment of shops and restaurants. Walk there to enjoy Jade Nails, Perfect Pig, Shelby,s and Shunk Gulley Restaurants.
Don't forget to take a bike ride (Big Daddy nearby provides bikes for you to rent.) from this villa into the towns of Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, WaterColor, Seaside, Seagrove, Alys Beach, Seacrest and Rosemary Beach. Along the route, you will find quaint restaurants, shops, live music and of course incredible scenery. Don't forget to shop, dine and sample ice cream along your route!
Once you stay at JRJ's Dream, you will return knowing that you chose the perfect property situated in the perfect location. You are just a short walk to the beach, pool and nearby entertainment. Enjoy swimming, shopping, biking, dining and relaxing… without ever getting into a car. Relax and retreat to the beach life here on famous 30A!
Please note there is a Keurig as well as a regular coffee maker at this property. You will also find an Air Fryer in the kitchen.

We absolutely adore this property! This is our second time back; we loved it so much, we wanted to come back. It had every amenity possible, and you can’t beat the view. The property is the perfect size for our group and incredibly clean and spacious. It is also close proximity to so many wonderful shops and restaurants. The decor is absolutely beautiful and has the most lovely ambiance! Norma is was also amazing! She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind. We love this place, and can’t wait to come back. Thank you SO much!

This property has it all…beautiful view and easy access to the beach, great location with restaurants and shops within walking distance, the unit is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We will definitely be back!!

The condo was gorgeous, spacious, and clean. We had every amenity you could dream of. The pool and the beach were just a few steps away. The location was walkable to fun restaurants and shops. Check in, check out, and parking were also super easy. Norma went above and beyond, and her special touches made our stay extra memorable. Awesome spot!

We enjoyed our stay. The villa was clean and well stocked. The location was very convenient . We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view. The condo is right on the beach. We appreciated having the beach service with set up in front of the condo. The beds were comfortable. We had a great stay and would love to book again.
