Einfache, aber schöne und gut eingerichtete Finca umgeben von Orangen- und Zitronenbäumen. Der riesige Pool wurde 2x pro Woche gereinigt und war stets sauber. Wegen der Obstkulturen etwas viel durstige Wespen rund um den Pool. Der Vermieter (Miguel) war sehr freundlich und jederzeit gut erreichbar. Weil die Finca im Landwirtschafts- und Gewerbegebiet liegt etwas viel Umgebungslärm am Morgen, dafür ist man in ca. 10-15 Min. mit dem Auto am Strand. Preis-/Leistung war in Ordnung und unsere Kinder und wir konnten unsere Ferien mit riesiegem Pool geniessen!

Einfach aber mit allem, was man benötigt eingerichtete Finca, großer Pool und Grundstück. Grillhaus geeignet für BBQ, Paella und Pizza aus dem Ofen. Miguel ist bei Fragen sofort vor Ort. Etwas störend der benachbarte Baustoffhandel mit den LKW in der Früh. Sonst super Lage, bis Palma 35 Minuten, zum Strand 15-20 Minuten. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

A warm welcome was received. We did have some problems: The pool was dirty when we arrived, initially we were told this was due to a recent rainfall but following it being cleaned the following day there was still dust on the bottom. There was also a large amount of wasps near the pool resulting in my daughter getting stung. It was worse the warmer it was. We spoke with the owners and they told me there wasn't much we could do as it was the countryside and it was illegal to kill bees/wasps. They did however give me a spray to kill them which I didn't want to do given it's illegality. The pool was still cloudy which I mentioned to the owners, they sent the pool guy out who told them it was clear when it wasn't, they visited later and admitted it wasn't clean. It began to clear up over the next day after they took further action. The third bedroom is in a loft which is unbearably hot making it unusable for sleeping as the aircon does not reach. The listing in English makes reference to Xbox and bikes which dont exist. There are no cushions for the loungers/chairs outside. On the Saturday we stayed the door handle broke, initially the owners said it would be too expensive to get someone to fix. I told them that was unacceptable and he tried to fix it resulting in us getting locked out in the midday heat for an hour while he found someone to fix it which they did in the end. He did however try to blame us for breaking it when trying to justify not fixing on the weekend. The foll
