About this apartment rental
Cosy and sunny with excellent interior design.
The house is in the city center, near "Piazza Politeama", great location for a holiday in Palermo.
Comfortable living room; Two Bedroom; Elegant hall; Kitchen and Bathroom.
Strategically located between the main streets of the historic city center ("Via Roma" and "Via Maqueda"), easily accessible with a short walking museums, churches and the historical markets.
Free Wi-fi, Towels and Sheets.
The apartment has been recently fully renovated and furnished with care. There are air conditioning / heat pump, heating and dry-hairs.
The bus from the airport will leave you in "Piazza Politeama", where we easily go together to the flat.
Also from "Politeama square" the buses arrive and depart from "Mondello" (sand beach) and the various destinations: Monreale, Catania ecc...).
The city harbor and the rail-station are just a few minutes from our flat.

Il quartiere si trova adiacente al centro storico sul fianco Nord dello stesso e prende il nome dall'omonimo teatro. È contraddistinto da un'architettura ottocentesca.Qui inizialmente si insediarono le ville della nobiltà palermitana rimpiazzate successivamente dalle nuove abitazioni medio borghesi distribuite secondo i canoni razionali ottocenteschi in isolati regolari quadrangolari.E' definito il “salotto di Palermo”, per la presenza di negozi importanti nella zona e per essere, ormai da moltissimi anni, una via fondamentale per il “passìo” dei cittadini, probabilmente per via della sua posizione strategica che le fa collegare le due piazze più importanti della Palermo moderna, ovvero piazza Verdi (o Teatro Massimo) e piazza Castelnuovo (o Politeama).

Zentral gelegen, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen, das italienische Leben tobt bis in die Nacht aber wen so was stört, der darf halt nicht nach Italien fahren.
Wohnung ist gemütlich, es ist alles da, was man braucht.

L'appartement est bien situé, dans un quartier central et bien desservi
Les pièces de vie sont grandes ; la cuisine et la salle d'eau plutôt petites
Le lieu est propre, sans trop de charme toutefois

Giuseppe was kind enough to meet us at the bus from the airport. He was attentive to our needs and even welcomed us with cookies and a bottle of wine. Nice touches! The apartment is clean and recently renovated. We were four travelers and were very comfortable there. The only downside is adjusting to the city noises, but the location made it easy to navigate the city. A great find!
