Artist penthouse 2

Fantastico! Una casa bellissima, con un anima! Decorazione stupenda

This was an amazing find. It's a beautiful penthouse, with everything you could possibly need for a self catering stay, and there's a supermarket under 5 min walk. Or, as the location is so central, it's close to many restaurants. The penthouse is big and the rooms are amazing soze - no squeezing into a small hotel room here! The beds are incredibly comfortable, the shower is great and the coffee machine was well used! The penthouse itself is like an art gallery as the host's uncle, who lived here, was an artist - and a very good one! There's history in the apartment, both personal and about the city/country. We loved it! The view from the balcony, which runs the length of the penthouse, is amazing, and we enjoyed an evening drink and breakfast the next morning. It's a penthouse so it's on the 8th floor, but don't worry, there is a lift!! Freddie is a great host, really helpful, friendly and makes you feel very welcome - he even helped us with getting a parking space right outside. Freddie made a suggestion for a Trattoria just round the corner from the apartment and the food was absolutely delicious!! The location is really central and approx. a 10 minute walk from the main tourist sights. The penthouse is *in* Palermo, a very busy bustling city, so there is some street noise during the day but that stops at night and we weren't bothered by any noise. We are already planning our second trip to Sicily and will definitely stay here again when visiting Palermo as we barely scratched the surface. Thanks for a great stay Freddie!

A very individual property, with lots of interesting features. A huge balcony with views over the city and an interesting 20 minute walk to the centre. Beds very comfortable.

The parking! Advised that it would be possible to street park……. There were no spaces, it was so busy. We eventually managed to secure a spot in 32A. I don’t think this situation is explained enough .

Schöne Unterkunft mit toller Terrasse, von der aus man sowohl die Berge, als auch das Meer sehen kann. Gut zu erreichen mit dem Flughafenbus oder dem Zug bis zur Bahnstation Lolli, dann nur noch ein kurzer Fußweg. Zu Fuß ist man schnell in der historischen Altstadt, außerdem fahren Busse. Federico war sehr nett und bei Fragen zu erreichen.
