About this villa rental
Heaven on Earth! Here is a brief description of this marvellous villa right next to the beach. Just few minutes walking away from the beach with no trespassing road in front and no car needed. Fully safe for families with children.
The living rooms consists of 2 TV’s (Flat Screen), a big couch around a fireplace, a dining place just by the kitchen and a playroom with surround home-cinema, wi-fi access, CD-DVD player and its own fireplace. It has a very ethnic and cosy atmosphere with air-conditioning equipment and protection at the windows from any insects.
It also consists of a big couch by a fireplace in a cosy and ethic way of decoration. It has a nice view to the garden and to the sea and easy access to the kitchen. It has a playroom that has home cinema surround system where you can also entertain yourself by watching movies or listen to CDs.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook and enjoy from your breakfast to a formal dinner. Oven, microwave, espresso maker, toaster, and dishwasher. View to the palm trees and to the beach.
Concerning the bedrooms it has 4 double-bed bedrooms and a sofa for two people in all three levels of the house. The two of those have a garden access since they are on the ground floor and the other two are at the first floor with a marvellous sea view.All of them are air-conditioned.
Concerning the bathrooms it has one en suite bathroom with a big bathtub, 2 WCs with showers one of the ground floor to have an easy access straight from the beach and one big bathroom at the first floor again with a big bathtub for the 2 bedrooms upstairs.

Heaven on Earth. It is difficult to describe in a few words how maginifcent the house, the beach and the hosts are. It is absolutely amazing and even better than in the photos.As the house is one of the very few at the end of the road, it means the beach is almost private and you are 20-30 meters from others (and that is on a busy day).The beach is just in front of the house, soft send in and out the water. The water is cristal clear and not a single wave even on the windiest days. Stunning!The house is massive. On the lower ground floor, you get two bedrooms with bathrooms and a big room with table tennis and a sofa bed. You get straight into the garden from this floor.On the upper ground floor you get a home theatre room (with great home cinema on a projector, tons of movies and excellent surround system), a bathroom with shower and a massive open plan kitchen-dinning-living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you can think off. The kitchen leads to a massive patio with plenty of room for all, a big dinning table, barbeque, pizza stove, and a few tables, chairs, lounge chairs. The patio leads to the upper level of the very well maintained gardens with palm and olive trees.On the top floor you get two big bedrooms, with a family bathroom.We were 3 families (10 people) and the house was not crowded at all, plenty of space.And in the end the hosts, they are the most kind people. Responded to all queries before and during the stay very quickly.

We absolutely loved our stay at this house! It exceeded our expectations and was even better than the pictures. Our group consisted of nine women, ranging in age from 16 to 53, and we all felt safe and had plenty of room to spread out. The private beach was amazing, offering a perfect spot for relaxation and fun. Our hosts were fantastic, answering all our questions promptly before and during our stay. We highly recommend this property and would love to return in the future.

We stayed for two weeks, enjoying the generous hospitality of our hosts. The villa catered perfectly to the needs of an age-mixed group; very nice rooms, really well-equipped kitchen, bathrooms. Nice beach, wonderful view from the terrace. Tranquil setting, at the same time shops and restaurants not too far away (by car). Thank you!
