About this house rental
A newly refurbished house (135 sq. m./ 1453 sq. ft. ) at the town center just off Matoyanni str in a quiet neighborhood and 1 min from Mando sqr. All city sightseeing and bars , in walking distance and the waterfront is just 40 meters away ! It is surrounded by small city hotels so the quiet sleep is guaranteed , without losing the city action.
It has 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom , 3 bathrooms , 1 large kitchen and 1 common room or bedroom (has door) with a couch and 1 optional folding bed.
The house has a balcony , a veranda and a terrace where you can enjoy your sunbath. It is a unique property at the busy Mykonos town with easy access from the old port without stairs or steep street climbing .
The common room has an 43" LCD TV and home entertainment .
The house has been fully renovated in all areas, and it is fitted with new sound proof double glazing windows.

Inside town cars are not allowed , there is a few min walk in straight wide road , from where the taxi leaves you, to the town center and the house. For about 100 meters you have to carry your luggage.

Property was in a great location , very clean and plenty of room for our group of 6 adults . Nikos was extremely helpful with setting up transfers and recommendations throughout our stay . Would recommend and hope to return

Immaculate property. Awesome host arranged all our transportation around the island. Home is comfortable clean and large. Air conditioning worked great. Walked to restaurants and shops. Check in and out easy Peasy. Kitchen was well stocked.

Nikos contacted me in advance to ask what time we would be arriving. He asked how we wanted the beds set up and also set up transportation from the airport. He met us at the drop off point as cars are not allowed to drive up to the property and showed us to the house. He reviewed all the instructions with us and gave us terrific recommendations for dining and things to do. He continued to set up transportation for us and could not have been kinder. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Mykonos. The house was very clean and large and fit 7 of us comfortably. It is in a great location. Close to taxi drop off point, shopping, restaurants but quiet at night. Nikos was amazing!!!

Our group of 7 had a fantastic stay in this Mykonos Town property! Amazing location, super convenient to all things in Town. The house was in great condition, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our group. Niko was outstanding, highly communicative, and extremely helpful - recommendations, connecting us to travel options for transfers, and ensuring we had everything we needed. He and the house were perfect for our (too) short stay. Highly recommend!
