About this apartment rental
Direct to a peerless landscape view, close to beach Villananitos (Mar Menor) in the municipality of San Pedro del Pinatar in the region of Murcia and in the entrance of the Natural Park of Salinas and Arenales of San Pedro .
The new and comfortable plane than is attached in the photo section, apartment consists of a magnificent living room with balcony facing the sea and a single but very spacious bedroom with window also overlooking the sea and all facing south so it enjoys the maximum hours of sunshine. 180x190 cm bed is not only wide, but has the most comfortable mattress market. (On request, an additional folding bed can be installed).
In the lounge, smart tv has free Netflix with the language selected by the client.
The living room also has a sofa that transforms into a bed with a 140 cm mattress.
The bathroom is equipped with a comfortable shower with screen and includes a bidet. It is incorporated into the bedroom.
In addition, in the corridor, there is a practical toilet with sink and toilet that in case of using the sofa bed in the living room gives it independence during the night hours.
The kitchen is functional and equipped with induction hob, electric oven, large fridge and all necessary utensils.
The gallery attached to the kitchen and adjoining the inner courtyard, is very bright and it are located the electric boiler for hot water, washing machine and a stack.
The air conditioning is provided by a modern air conditioning system "inverter" heat pump. Thosiba system for cooling and heating, is the type of ducts for supply and return vents, which, in addition to high efficiency, provides an absolutely silent service.
The apartment has a comfortable garage in the basement of the building with direct access to housing from the elevator.
In the immediate surroundings there are cafes, restaurants and shops open in all seasons.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. The view from the apartment was fantastic. Liked the surrounding area, nice restaurants and walks.

I stayed here for 10 days. A lovely property. Right opposite the beach with a fantastic view of the Mar Menor. Sunrise to the left and sunset to the right!
Everything was in the flat that I needed to make my stay enjoyable.
Will certainly be back!!

The view from this property was unsurpassed. Nicolas, the property manager was very helpful and just a nice person.Everything we needed was within walking distance including the supermarkets. The only fault was poor heating as we spent the whole February which was cold. But, the owner did warn us about the weather beforehand. All in all, we would visit again.

A very clean comfortable
and spacious well equipped apartment with fabulous views over the Mar Menor.
Very friendly helpful owners with excellent communication and we would definitely return.
