About this apartment rental
Two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Top floor apartment set within a modern two storey Villa, with private roof terrace and BBQ, located only 200 meters from Meia Praia beach and beach restaurants, and only a 5 minute drive from the Marina, Palmares golf course and Lagos historic center.
The Villa can be rented as a whole or separate: ground floor with private pool or top floor with private roof terrace. Great for family holidays, golf enthusiasts or joint couple retreat.
Available for long winter lets: November-March.
Minimum stay is usually 7 nights but flexible between arrivals and departures. Please ask owner for more information.
Our modern two bedroom apartment has magnificent views of Meia Praia beach, one of western Algarve´s largest beaches and voted one of the top 10 best beaches on the Algarve. If preferred not to use a car, you can enjoy a 20 minute walk on the beach towards Lagos, where there are various beach restaurants / cafes along the way. For all the sport enthusiasts, there are various sports available nearby such as windsurfing, kite surfing, wakeboarding, water skiing, kayaking, diving, sailing, surfing, golf and tennis, amongst others.
Located in a tranquil residential area, right next to a four star resort, the property is only a 5 minute drive from the animated town center. Nearby, there are several restaurants just walking distance from the house that offer some of the best fish and seafood. You can also enjoy an afternoon coffee or evening drink at one of these beach bars whilst relaxing on one of Algarve´s largest and picturesque beaches.
The historic fishing town of Lagos offers so much to see and explore. It is the perfect place to unwind with its stunning sandy beaches but also a place to discover the rich Portuguese culture. With so much to offer, Lagos is one of the most desired towns on the Algarve´s western coast.
The historic center of Lagos with its characteristic cobbled streets and its numerous restaurants serving a variety of local specialties including its infamous fish and seafood, are what attracts visitors from all over the world. We usually recommend hiring a car, only for facilitating in exploring the hidden treasures of the Algarve. But there are other means of travel. Just about 200 meters from the house there is a bus service which takes you to the Lagos Marina and town center.

This is a flat in a two flat house. We (4 people) have rented the upper flat with a roof terrasse for a week, our friends (3 people) the one below with the pool for two weeks. It is a perfect location for two families. The extremely long and wide beach is a 5 min walk away (down the street and through the dunes, a windsurf Center is nearby), shopping facilities can be reached by car. Faro airport is 40 min (motorway with toll) or 1,5 hours (rural road) away. The view from the flat is wonderful, even from the lower flat and the roof terrasse is amazing, very sunny, equipped with sink, fridge and BBQ. The flats both have two bedrooms, each at each end of the flat. All bedrooms are with bathroom. The kitchen is more than fully equipped (also herbs, oil etc.), also the flat itself (hair dryer, iron board, wireless lan etc.). We had a wonderful stay and the contact with Carolina was always extremely friendly and helpful. She also made us feel at home with small things like a welcome basket and quick replies when we had questions. We can fully recommend this place and hope, that we can come back soon.
