The house is ideal for 4 people (in addition, you can get up to six people thanks to the sofa bed in the living room).
In the village there is a free swimming pool, tennis courts and 5-a-side football pitch.
The village is easily reachable also by public transport, thanks to the bus stop at the entrance to the village.
The nearest beach can be reached on foot for around 1km via an easily walkable promenade, or alternatively by car thanks to the free parking in the street.
Nearby, you can find several beaches, we recommend visiting the numerous beaches of Chia as Capo Spartivento, Sa Colonia, Cala Cipolla, Su Giudeu, Tuerredda etc. In any case we are more than willing to give you information about it.

Wir waren eine längere Zeit in Antonios Haus und haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, hat alles was man braucht und obwohl es gar nicht so groß ist, ist es sehr weitläufig. Die Schlafzimmer sind in den Hang gebaut und herrlich kühl bei der Sommerhitze, man braucht keine Klimaanlage. Das große Bett im Eltern-Schlafzimmer hat eine neue sehr bequeme Matratze, was ein großes Plus ist. Die Küche ist neu und super ausgestattet. Das Highlight waren die beiden Terrassen und der Blick auf den Pool und das Meer. Der Pool war natürlich ein weiteres Highlight, sehr gepflegt und meistens nicht voll. Überhaupt, die Nachbarn, die meistens nur am Wochenende da waren, waren alle sehr freundlich und die gesamte Anlage Capo Blu ist toll. Wir waren mit unseren Kindern 3 und 6 Jahre dort und das Haus hatte auch ein paar Spielsachen für Kinder und einfach viel Platz. Wie andere schon geschrieben haben, kann man von dort aus mehrere wunderschöne Strände erreichen. Ein Auto braucht man aber. Antonio war immer sehr hilfsbereit und wir hatten wirklich einen sehr entspannten Urlaub in seinem schönen Haus. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. M&F

Evening dining on the Terrace was a high light of our holiday. The pool area is clean, spacious and not too busy. We spent some lovely days there.
Personally I found the kitchen difficult to work in. It is well equipped (a kettle would be useful)but with limited space to prepare food. The oven was a little difficult to work, and although there is a washing machine I would not have dared use it.
Antonio and his wife are delightful. He was there to meet and greet us. We really appreciated the efforts they had made to correct the damage by the recent fire on the holiday sight.
Thank you to you both.
A beautiful corner of the world that we feel privileged to have visited.

Esattamente come descritta è mostrata nelle fotografie la proprietà ci ha permesso di passare una vacanza meravigliosa. Spettacolare vista sia diurna che notturna, situata leggermente in collina è accogliente, spaziosa è dotata di tutti i confort. Il complesso molto pulito e curato risulta anche molto tranquillo. Che altro aggiungere: consigliatissimo. Un saluto ed un ringraziamento ai proprietari, molto disponibili.
