Very clean & spacious apartment. Really well-equipped (coffee machine, gas cooker, hydro massage shower cubicle, washing machine, a lot of items for cleaning, packaged towels). The house is also quite cool even extremely hot temperature outside. In every room (except kitchen) you have a separate air conditioning. The neighborhood is quiet & safe so you can sleep even with open windows. Fabrizio and Angela reacts on every request and they are very kind for guests. They care also about COVID-19 related aspects - with our consent, they measured the body temperature. I highly recommend this place for vacations. The best price-quality ratio found by me on Booking.com around Cagliari. Don't forget to rent a car. Assemini is a good hub for excursions in the south & central of Sardinia, but the city itself is not touristic.
