About this villa rental
WELCOME
Modern (recently refurbished) villa – Sleeps 10
The bedrooms comprise One Queen sized bedroom with ensuite, One Double bedroom with ensuite, both on the lower floor. Two other Doubles and One Twin sharing two bathrooms, one being with bath, one with shower, which are located on the top floor. There is WIFI connection in all rooms, and all the double bedrooms have a TV with have the added bonus of Netflix, hairdryers and air conditioning.
The villa is set in a stunningly peaceful location, with amazing views of the blue seas of Andalusia to the rear of the villa. There is parking for 2 cars, but if you are not planning on driving you can get an Uber/taxi from Malaga Airport which is only a 20-minute drive.
Some of the internal features of the villa that make this an ideal home from home, for either a large extended family and guests, or for perhaps two separate families of friends, is that the accommodation is set over two floors, providing a lot of space, so that no one feels on top of each other. The villa has a compact, but beautifully equipped kitchen, with requisite dishwasher and all the necessary utilities, as well as a large American fridge freezer. On the slightly less warm evenings over the year we have an amazing wood burning fire built in to the chimney breast that make the upper reception room toasty warm.
There are various options of where to eat at the villa, there is a large indoor dining table with chairs, an outside table and chairs on the veranda, where there is a brick-built barbeque and even a table out in the garden. You will be spoilt for choice. There is also an outside bar with fridge, so you don’t have to go far for a cold drink.
Set out around the pool are plenty of sun loungers, sun parasols, a large luxurious double sun bed, poolside shower and outdoor table tennis facility.
All the local amenities you could want are within a 15-minute walk from the villa, there is a beautiful sandy beach, as well as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, chemists, banks, railway station, hospital and casino.
Places of interest nearby are Sea Life, The Torrequebrada Golf Course best to book your rounds before leaving the UK.
Plus there are also some spectacular Day Excursions.

Place amazing couldn’t believe the size of the villa so much space with great views, good size pool , very good stock glasses cups etc , large fridge , tv decent size, felt small room could do with a door , room with on suite superb, walked to town ok and the beach, but taxi of a night time , wouldn’t be. Ideal with people with disabilities ,overall great time and would return

The villa was very spacious and suited our family perfectly. We had 4 generations from the one family all under one roof and there was plenty of room to keep everyone entertained.
Nothing was a problem for Andrew to sort, he was a great host.
We particularly liked the location and how quiet it was but still conveniently located to shops and nightlife (5-10 minute drive).
As we travelled in April the heated pool was a must for us and worked well.
The villa was also very safe and secure.
I would recommend hiring a car to get around, especially for groceries etc.
Thank you to Andrew and the caretaker Daniel for our enjoyable stay.
We will definitely be back!

Vi var 9 personer varav 3 barn som bodde en vecka här. Det funkade väldigt bra för oss, rejält med utrymme inne och stort poolområde ute. Hela huset omges av mur och en grind vid infarten så man är verkligen för sig själv. Två bilar får plats på uppfarten. Nära till strand, affärer, Tivoli och även nära flygplatsen i Malaga. Man bör ha hyrbil såklart även om det är möjligt att ta sig till fots. Men vi tog bilen och det var smidigt. Vi var nöjda med vår vistelse och supporten från Andrew som vi hyrde huset av. Barnen uppskattade bra Wifi och smart-tv också.

We were a family of 9 people in total where 3 were kids and we stayed one week. We really enjoyed our stay and had good support from Andrew when we had questions.
