About this cottage rental
Accommodation
It is a stone house completely renovated, retaining its original structure and materials. It has two floors, on the ground floor large living room with television, bathroom and luggage room and woodshed. On the upper floor, living room with sofa bed, single bedroom, bedroom with a trundle bed for children and a double bedroom.
In a third height, kitchen and double bedroom, with access to terrace and patio with garden furniture. In the patio there is access to the cellar with jacuzzi and chill out area. The temperature inside the house is very good and if the heat outside the house is extreme, on the lower floor it is cool. Meals are very pleasant in summer in the kitchen since it is very spacious and dinner is ideal in the patio, using the barbecue. It is ideal to go with family or two couples.
The environment
The house is located in the parish of Sendín, which belongs to the town of Arnoia. The most important nearby population is Ribadavia. It is reached from Benavente and Vigo by the A-52 motorway, exit to Ribadavia and already inside Ribadavia towards Arnoia (3 Km).
It is located in the Ribeiro region, bathed by the Miño river and the Arnoia river. Surrounded by forests and mountains, next to the Freira reservoir which makes a wonderful environment.
Activities and attractions
There are many towns to visit and of course its gastronomy, of which we can highlight Ribadavia with important parties such as the Fiesta de La Historia (August End), Allariz awarded for the rehabilitation of the historic center, of course the city of Orense with its Termas both those of Outariz and Las Chavasqueiras and its historical center with the cathedral.

Once we reached the house, through the narrow roads, we were given a warm welcome. A small shop and café are within walking distance. In August, there are many local activities, such as the fiesta de pimientos. In the house itself, no wifi but great monopoly;) Find out yourself!
