L' échafaud - Apparts de standing - Centre historique

This tiny and comfortable apartment is truly a study in space management. It had everything that one needed and an extremely comfortable bed. All the space was used cleverly. It was hard to find somewhere to put one’s suitcases. Great location and quiet. We were able to park close by for free. Excellent lighting.

It took two volunteers one being the receptionist of a nearby hotel, three phone calls and two visits to get us into the apartment. It did not help that the address provided was not where the apartment was located and that the apartment had two lockboxes and an unintuitive locking device. A video of how to get in would have saved us hanging around outside with our luggage. The management was completely unhelpful and refused to provide entrance information at a time when my broken phone was connected to WiFi so that I could receive it.

Well appointed apartment in a great location

Steep stairs could be a challenge for those unsteady on their feet

It was a clean little apartment with very welcome aircon in the heatwave. Very close to the cathedral so perfect for exploring

Location Fantastic..

My partner found the spiral staircase difficult..
