Le logement est très spacieux, bien orienté en cas de fortes chaleurs, facile à utiliser, bien agencé et très joli. Sa localisation permet d'aller facilement partout : dans le centre de périgueux en moins de 10 minutes ; jusqu'au musée Vesunna en moins de 20 minutes ; au cinéma en 15 minutes ; au supermarché en 10 minutes, à la boulangerie en 5 minutes... Tout cela à pied.
Il n'y a pas vraiment de parking pour la voiture, on la gare un peu là où on peut, mais ce n'était pas très contraignant, c'est rarement loin. On peut vider et charger la voiture en se garant "un peu mal" juste devant le logement mais sans trop gêner la circulation.

Apartamento totalmente equipado, luminoso, muy cercano al centro de la ciudad, en una zona muy tranquila, con facilidades para el aparcamiento gratuito. El propietario te recibe, lo que aporta mucha confianza; además, está disponible para cualquier problema. Las camas son comodísimas y las habitaciones amplias. En la cocina hay de todo, incluyendo aceite, cápsulas de café...
El baño es extraño: la ducha y el lavabo están en un cuarto distinto del inodoro. Los armarios tampoco están en cada dormitorio.
