Quite because it is in the basement and not facing to the road. And also it a huge apartman.
The view is not so nice, the sea is in the other direction. And the temperature is really cold in March. The air conditioner could not heat up the room.

Very cozy and spacious, with a wonderful view of nature. We really liked the unique interior, but what we loved most were the hosts: helpful and quick to reply to messages. The moment we walked into the apartment, we felt welcomed — it was warm, the lamps were softly glowing, and there were fresh flowers in a vase. You can immediately feel that they work not just for money, but for people, without cutting corners on quality. Otherwise, would there be a shower curtain in the bathroom with the words ‘Happiness and long hot shower’? The Greeks are the people of the god Zeus, and Zeus was the protector of hospitality. I have no doubt that he blesses this wonderful home and its hosts.

Very unusual apartment. One big studio room filled with different design features. Kids liked it. The Corinth channel is nearby, accessible by foot (for ship watching) but the lands around it are not well-maintained. Kitchen corner is well equipped and has even a microwave oven. One big bed, one sofa and and a double mattress are available for sleeping. A small garden is also attached to the house. The parking lot is in front of the building.
The house stays on the steep slope. So, the room is located from one side in the basement and on the high ground floor from the other. The house looks a bit unfinished: no handrails on the ladder and on the terrace.
The house door has self-locked lock - it is very easy to close it without a key.
Some equipment and toys presented on the photo (e.g. table football) are broken.
The apartment looks overpriced for such location/season/condition.
