Γειτονιά του Λουτρακίου, το οποίο μας αρέσει. Ηρεμία. 3ος όροφος με ωραία θέα στο βουνό. Ωραίο μπαλκόνι. Εξαιρετικός εξοπλισμός κουζίνας, μοντέρνο και καινούργιο διαμέρισμα. Εξαιρετικό κρεβάτι, ωραία κλινοσκεπάσματα. Σωστά τοποθετημένος κλιματισμός. Ασανσέρ. Πόρτα ασφαλείας. Συναγερμός. Πάρκινγκ που έκλεινε ηλεκτρικά. Πλυντήριο. Σίδερο και σιδερώστρα. Βραστήρας, Μηχανή εσπρέσσο. Είδη για καθαρισμό, πλύσιμο πιάτων. Πολύ μεγάλη «έξυπνη» τηλεόραση. Σποτάκια φυτευτά στο ταβάνι. Εξαιρετική ντουσιέρα. Φούρνο μικροκυμάτων.
Φαίνεται ότι κάποιες λεπτομέρειες δεν είχαν προλάβει να τις φροντίσουν, αλλά είναι σε εξέλιξη μας είπαν. Δεν θα σταθώ σε αυτές γιατί εκτιμώ ότι σύντομα θα έχουν τακτοποιηθεί.

Хороший свежий ремонт,на кухне есть, все что бы приготовить и завтрак и обед и ужин,парковка для авто, прямо под окнами, вид на море, хорошая кровать, пастельное белье, полотенце!
Голуби на болконе, по утрам, надо заменить сушку для белья, отрегулировать дверь душа! Вода затекает под тумбу раковины, Вам придеться делать ремонт, после активного сезона!

only downside could not use all of balcony pigeons took over lots of pigeon poo so had to sweep before going onto it curtain too heavy for small thin tail
