Duży, przestronny i jasny pokój z równie dużą łazienką. W pokoju czajnik elektryczny i zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty. Łóżko wygodne. W łazience zestaw ręczników, w kranie gorąca woda. Na przeciwko obiektu przystanek autobusowy komunikacji miejskiej, niedaleko Żabka, a do centrum także niewielka odległość. Cicho i spokojnie. Bardzo miła obsługa, czysto i ogólne wrażenia bardzo pozytywne!

Z zewnątrz wyglądał trochę gorzej ale w środku pozytywne zaskoczenie, świetna baza wypadowa na Śnieżkę, pokoje schludne i czyste, mili ludzie. Dodatkowo zasadzone miejsca na parkingu. Wrócimy ponownie

Wyposażenie kuchni było w porządku Czysto.
Bardzo słabe ogrzewanie Grzejniki letnie. Łazienka zupełnie nie ogrzewana. Niewielki grzejnik olejowy troszkę poprawiał sytuację, ale i tak było za zimno. I wg mnie to największy mankament tego obiektu.
