Obiekt położony przy głównej ulicy, po przeciwnej stronie znajduje się sklep spożywczy. Pokoje czyste oraz wygodne łóżka. Śniadania bardzo dobre, spory wybór. Obiekt posiada też restauracje, gdzie serwowane są zarówno typowe czeskie potrawy, jak i "międzynarodowe" pozycje typu burgery, które też są bardzo dobrej jakości.
Nie mam uwag do obiektu.

Pokój jak zawsze czysty, schludny, jedzenie smaczne. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Obiekt położony blisko Śnieżki, piękna i spokojna okolica pozwala na regenerację i wypoczynek.Jest to nasz kolejny pobyt, a jesteśmy tam kilka razy w roku.Polecamy.

Parkování v místě, jídlo velmi dobré,
Na pokoji č5 byl zakouřený odér, který jsme nedokázali vyvětrat, ručníky byly zapráno a otrhané, zub času se výrazně podepsal.

Snídaně ve stejné cenové relaci byla např v turistické ubytovně v Prachovských skalách daleko honosnější než v Žacléřském medvědovi. V Žacléřském medvědovi se člověk sice v základu nasnídá, ale v porovnání s jinými ubytovnami i hotely tyto snídaně nenadchnou.
na jednom pokoji nesplachovalo WC. na druhém pokoji se na "manželské posteli" tak rozjeli matrace od sebe, že mezi nimi byla cca 15cm mezera. Matrace prostě nedrželi u sebe. Velice hlučný sousední pokoj i po 22 hod.
