In the summer of 2025, when I first came to Japan, I wanted to book this room, but it was so popular that I couldn't get it. In the summer of 2026, I finally secured it—I was overjoyed. The staff here are friendly and warm, and the accommodation is comfortable and pleasant, which made me very satisfied. This house truly has that "Kyoto" feel—you can experience the atmosphere: quaint, beautiful, elegant, and dignified, exactly matching my impression of Kyoto. For my graduation trip next year, I hope to bring other friends who haven't been here before to experience this feeling again. I'm really looking forward to it 😊 2025年の夏、初めて日本に来たときにこの部屋を予約しようと思ったのですが、あまりにも人気が高くて予約が取れませんでした。そして2026年の夏、ついにこの部屋を予約することができ、とても嬉しいです。しかも、スタッフの方は皆さん親切で温かく、宿泊環境も快適で過ごしやすく、大変満足しています。この部屋は本当に「京都」らしさにあふれていて、その雰囲気を存分に味わえます——古風で美しく、上品で落ち着いた印象で、私が思い描いていた京都のイメージにぴったりです。来年の卒業旅行では、まだ来たことのない仲間たちも連れて、もう一度この感覚を体験してみたいと思います。とても楽しみです😊 そうそう、私は子供の頃からドラえもんを見て育ったんです。この部屋から下りる階段がとても高くて、上から下を見たときの様子が、のび太くんの家のあの階段にそっくりで、面白いなと思いました。子供の頃にドラえもんを見ていた日々を思い出します(￣∇￣)

An amazing old house but very clean room all over the building, an enough large room, shared 2 toilets and 2 showers are clean, in the kitchenette with a small fridge you can find some equipement in enough high numbers as well as iced tea and tea bags and instant coffe for do it yourself, quick check-in during the operating hours, the reception is opened from 9 A.M. until 9 P.M., possibilities of laundry services, very nice and helpful staff, a bus stop is 50 meters away and also at least 3 supermarkets as well as some restaurants nearby.

A very steapy staircase, sleeping on futon mattresses is nice but not comfortable anyway for younger people it is no problem, pressure of hot water was going up and down but we have found it normal in other places in Japan.

The location was pretty good, and the hot tub very nice. The hotel vibe were the best

特にありません。お部屋のご説明時にお聞きしたように、歴史ある建物のため、ほかのお客さまの音漏れはゼロではありませんでしたが、そこは運次第と思います。
