Splantza Apartments

We had a wonderful one-week stay and would happily come back. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. During our stay, the towels were changed twice and the bed linen was refreshed once, which we really appreciated. The host was exceptionally kind, welcoming and always happy to help. She responded quickly whenever we had questions, gave us great local recommendations, and even let us pick fresh lemons and delicious citrus fruit from her garden. Her friendly dog was also a lovely bonus. The beach is only about a 4-minute walk away. The sea is calm, crystal clear and very shallow for a long distance, making it an ideal destination for families with young children. Ammoudia is a lovely, peaceful village with plenty of restaurants, cafés and small grocery shops within walking distance, so everything you need is close by. If you have a car, there is also a larger supermarket about 15 minutes away, which is convenient for bigger shopping trips. The location is also perfect for visiting the Acheron River and the Necromanteion archaeological site.

Close to the beach 5 minutes walk if that . Nice and clean host super nice did not speak much English but very very nice and made sure we had clean towels , toilet paper etc . The top has best views but watch head.

The bed was rock hard me and my wife hurt every morning no form it way to hard as rock . Couch not comfortable . But at beach all day so that helped . Needs new mattress with some cushion . We stayed in the top balcony Some stairs .
