Stamatia Rooms

Stamatia is very kind and caring. The apartment is equiped with everything you need, as well as the shared kitchen. The beach is 5 minutes away by car and the bakery delivers bread and pastries by car in the morning in front of the apartment.

Η τοποθεσία είναι καλή εφόσον είναι σε χωριό με ησυχία και άνετο πάρκινγκ 15 λεπτά από το κέντρο.

Die Besitzerin ist eine sehr liebenswerte, nette Frau.

Der Duschvorhang im Zimmer Nr.5 war eine Katastrophe. Die Stange war schlecht und krumm befestigt, somit ist der Vorhang immer an die tiefste Stelle gerutscht.

We rented a accomodation at this location as we planned to explore Parga and Lefkada so it was a good decision. It is just by the road, very close to Parga, and to the beautiful beach of Lichnos. The room was a pleasant sized, everything was sparkling clean as we arrived. The accomodation has a common kitchen which is well equipped- a toaster, a coffee mixer, stove etc. Our room had a garden view which was really nice. Beds were comfortable. Nights were pretty calm and relaxing.

During our five nights stay, towels were changed only once, while sheets were not changed at all. One of the things I was looking for was a clean accomodation with provided towels and sheets, therefore we did not bring any of it with us. The owner was very polite to explain it as a consequence of her sickness, however, if you are renting a property and taking money of it, you should take care that everything you promised gets fulfilled. I am sure that the new guests are not welcomed with already used sheets, towels, and dirty bathroom. There was not a single mop for cleaning as well, so it was not possible for me to clean the room. We are fully understanding, however, we did not get a single apology for this inconvenience. Otherwise, everything was fine.
