About this villa rental
Our beautiful, spacious villa is ideal for families and groups of friends looking for a relaxing holiday all year round. With a private sunny south facing garden having stunning sea and mountain views. Shade from the hot sun is available on the terrace or under our oak tree. The garden gate leads to our large pool with separate children's area.
Free, high speed broadband is available throughout the property, including the garden area.
All 3 bedrooms are en-suite with the master bedroom upstairs featuring a boutique-style wet room and a a sun-soaked balcony - the perfect place for a morning coffee whilst enjoying the views as far as Gibraltar and the Atlas Mountains in Morocco.
The villa is very child-friendly no matter what age your kids are - from a large, safe garden to the pool, which has a shallow, sectioned off area for little ones. Feel free to use our pool toys, tree swing, buckets & spades, baby cot (excludes bedding) and high chair.
Whilst the pool is shared with two other villas you will see from the reviews that you will more often than not have the pool to yourselves. The pool is accessed through a locked gate at the end of the garden, giving parents extra piece of mind.
Just 25 minutes away from Malaga airport we are Ideally located in a peaceful, quiet residential location, just 5 minutes by car from the beach or a 20 minute walk. Shops, bars and restaurants are all just minutes away. Marbella is 15 minutes away, Puerto Banus 20 minutes and Sierra Nevada ski resort is also just 2 hours away.
We have a fully-equiped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, American fridge/freezer, coffee machine,air fryer and all the utensils you’ll need for 6 guests plus free basics like coffee, tea and sugar. Our tap water is fully drinkable.
Have breakfast, lunch and dinner inside, on the patio or in the garden with contemporary indoor and outdoor table and chair sets. If you feel like cooking outdoors there’s a 4-burner stainless steel BBQ for your use on the patio. There are also 6 sun-loungers for the garden.
We invite guests to pick their own lemons, limes, plums and mangoes from our garden (depending on the season).
Our villa is a year-round destination, perfect for an Easter get-away and even Christmas and New Year in the sun. We have recently installed a log burning fire in the lounge for cosy winter nights.

It speaks volumes to the quality of the property itself and the helpfulness of Phil and Karen that, despite the constant battle in the master en-suite bathroom with ants (with wings!), the record number of insect bites that we all received during our stay, the nine-hour water outage, the boars on the other side of the garden, and the bombardment of acorns from the large oak tree, we all had a wonderful time!! The property itself is lovely, and conveniently located (if you have a car). There is a lovely park nearby with an unexected nature reserve, which makes for a nice walk down to the coast (and a steep walk back up). The sea and golfcourse views are stunning. The "secret garden" with the lovely swimming pool offers a tranquil respite from the occassionally noisy children in the next-door property. Phil was always on-hand to help deal with any issues, and made a kind gesture to offset some of the issues we had experienced, which was very much appreciated. All-in-all, we would love to return, although maybe not in early October (to avoid the insects and acorns)!!

Just finished a lovely week here. A beautiful spot and a lovely house in a quiet location with views of the sea. Fantastic for a quiet and peaceful stay, can't recommend it highly enough. Phil and Karen were super helpful with tips based on local knowledge and could not have been more helpful.

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was very clean and presentable, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was always contactable and very helpful throughout our stay. The pool was lovely and the gardens beautifully maintained – we especially loved the charming heart-shaped tree. There was a great view from both the garden and the balcony, which made our time outdoors even more enjoyable. The rooms were perfect, with comfortable beds that made for a great night’s sleep. We’d be happy to stay again!

We stayed at Phil and Angie’s Home for nine days and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Phil is an excellent Homeaway host - great communication, concerned and wanting to make sure we had the best time.
House was clean and tidy, well equipped, pool warm and although shared was quiet - we usually had it to ourselves. Five minutes drive to the beach and supermarket. We all left very relaxed - we will be back!!
