Magnificent apartment located on the La Concha Beach first line. It occupies the entire floor of one of the most emblematic buildings of the city. Its interior design could be defined as a careful mash-up of elegance and the latest decoration trends.
The apartment has two large terraces, facing the sea one of them, and equipped with outdoor furniture, sun loungers included.
The three bedrooms are exterior and, for guests comfort, have an own bathrooms, each equipped with Jacuzzi, bidet and shower. Bed linen and towels are of Egyptian cotton.
From the living room there are stunning sea views and through the wide windows enters a large amount of light. The dining area has a table for six person. In the living area we will find a Samsung Smart TV 50¨.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes fridge, freezer, washer-dryer and dishwasher.
The Internet connection is by WIFI.
Two parking spaces in the same building are included.

Our trip was wonderful and we thank you so much for the beautiful place to stay! We were there in mid May, however, and learned that the weather is still very cool and rainy in San Sebastián that time of year. Between the 60 degree temps, high humidity, wind and drizzle, we were wearing 4 to 5 layers . Still a beautiful area and we truly enjoyed the stay.

The location was incredible. Right in front of the best beach, surrounded by many restaurants, coffee shops and walking distance to a market. The team was very helpful and responsive. The building was clean, beautiful and on the first floor. We will definitely be coming back.
