Great size apartment, airy and comfortable, had all necessary amenities. Very good location.

The shelves on the hallway are the exact height to bump your head against them! Might be a good idea to remove them. Bathroom toiletries were empty when we arrived. There were dirty clothes hanging in the balcony, probably the neighbours?

The instructions did not include the main door code on the pad so I had to wait until the host responded and after I got in, I could enter the lock box code.

When we arrived, the check in instructions were missing the outer door code so we had to wait for a while outside while we got a response. When we got inside, it was very dirty, there was not enough shampoo for 3 people even for one wash, no body soap and half a roll of toilet paper. If you write in the amenities that these things are available, please make sure they are. I could have easily brought my own stuff but ended up having to go buy all. For the check out I then receive an email telling me to leave the keys in the table which was wrong because I had to leave them in the box. Very confusing with the different instructions. It seems like the WhatsApp number you communicate with is AI based so half the messages you receive do not load and the other half say “I will get a human to review this”.
