Just 700 metres from Platanitis Beach in Nafpaktos, Venetiko Villas features four single luxurious villas surrounded by a grassy garden and sun terrace. The property offers self-catering accommodation with a spacious living room and four balconies. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas.
Made of stone and built with respect to traditional architecture, all air-conditioned villas have two floors and central heating. The first floor has two bedrooms with a shared bathroom featuring a bath tub. The ground floor consists of a seating room with fireplace, an open plan kitchen and a bathroom with shower. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, DVD player and radio is included. Toiletries and baby cots are provided.
Venetiko Villas is 15 km from the port of Patras and 40 km from Araxos Airport. The nearest supermarket and bank are 4 km away while restaurant, café and a bus stop are a short walk away. Nafpaktos Town, Rio-Antirio Bridge and Rio Hospital are found at a distance of 5 km drive. Free private parking is possible on site.

We stayed at this luxury villa and our experience was truly excellent.
The location is outstanding - just outside Nafpaktos, in a lush green and very peaceful setting with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. It offers complete relaxation and privacy, making it ideal for a family stay.
The villa was spotlessly clean, very spacious, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities (heating, hot water, TVs, etc.), which made our stay extremely comfortable. The garden is lovely and well maintained, and the pool was fantastic - we really enjoyed using it.
A special mention goes to the host, who was always smiling, kind, and very helpful with anything we needed, a genuinely a wonderful person.
Overall, this is an excellent place to stay. We would highly recommend it and would definitely choose it again.

Very comfortable, clean and spacious villa, located in a calm place but near everything what you need to spend great holidays: nice beaches, historical sites and towns to visit, restaurants, shopping possibilities. We also appreciated the beautiful views from the balcony, the villa's swimming pool and the air condition as well as parking on the property.
A big thanks to the host Nicholas for his hospitality, quick answers to our questions before our holidays, and his availability for any help and advice when we stayed at Venetiko Villas.

The house is beautiful inside and out with everything we needed. Nick, the host, was absolutely brilliant and went out of his way to ensure our stay was lovely. With all this and the views from the balcony, it was a great, restful holiday and would highly recommend it!

Whether you’re traveling through Greece or visiting relatives in the region the Venetiko villas is a perfect stay. Close to city, beach and mountains. Our host Nick was ultra-accommodating!
