About this house rental
Our gorgeous family home is on the Tuscany/Umbria borders and has stunning views over the Tuscan hills and village of Montepulciano.
Set in a quiet location, amongst olive and fig trees it is perfect for a relaxing family holiday. Home from home with full private use of all areas including a large pool, table tennis and a choice of two terrace areas.
The house is very spacious with plenty of room inside and out for children to play and adults to unwind.
Lake Trasimeno is a 10 minute drive away, with beach, restaurants and children's play areas as well as local ferry access to the lake islands.
A beautiful location with a wealth of activities from cycling to wine tasting, pedalos on the local beach, sailing to visits to famous hilltop villages and towns.
It's very easy to get to some of Italy's most famous cities by car or train.. Rome is 2 hours by train and can be done in a day (I've done it a few times with 3 children!) and Florence about 90 minutes.
Assisi, Siena and Orvieto are around 45 minutes drive.
There's a small but very fun waterpark about 20-25 mins drive away which is great for small children and teenagers alike.. It's small enough to pitch your towels down and sunbathe whilst the kids get on playing!
