Villa Soraya I is a beautiful and homey 3 bedroom villa providing a charming retreat for a party of six or a family seeking a private haven to experience the traditional life of the Island of Cyprus.
Villa Soraya I is all about location, as the property’s proximity to the Coral Bay strip is convenient and enables guests to move freely without needing to rent a car during their stay. The popular strip is located at a 2 minutes walk from the property, where guests will be able to find an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars and markets, with great options of local foods and produce, as well as deliverable groceries. Also located at a 2-minutes walk is a bus stop which provides direct access to all the needed amenities.
The picturesque, 500 meter-long blue flag Coral Bay, boasting golden sands and clean blue waters, is located at just a 15 minutes stroll from the property.
Additionally, being located in a secure complex, the villa offers a clean, quiet and well built environment for guests to relax and enjoy their stay.
The villa has its own large ( 8×4 ) private swimming pool and a nicely maintained garden for endless, care free relaxing hours in the ever shining Mediterranean sun.
The swimming pool has variable depths (1.00m x 2.00m) and has flood lights making it a safe and relaxing option at night. If you prefer a little shade, that too is provided by the roofed terrace which is footsteps away from the swimming pool where you will be welcomed with a six piece comfortable rattan dining set.
The garden offers plenty of sunbathing space and is furnished with solid quality and modern furniture with comfortable sun beds setting the scene for a real oasis of calm and tranquility.
Through high sliding doors you will be able to access the fully air conditioned living room which which provides a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy the free WIFI and plasma TV with Internet TV offering UK T.V. with Sky sports and unlimited movies (as well as international channel options). Another newly added relaxing area can be found in the living space, for those who wish to enjoy a good book.

Lovely holiday with the family.
Villa had everything we needed and the agent was very helpful. Very near to the Beach and strip so we didn't need a car.

The property was lovely however do be aware that the deposit they take for breakages,,, the actually take it twice. They claim it’s how the database works but I’ve never heard of this. Yes we got it back but an unexpected amount taken out of your bank during holiday and spending time querying it is not helpful. The team I was in contact with didn’t seem interested and said one of the amounts was on its way back,,,, it wasn’t until we left.

This was a late booking on our behalf, but from booking to checking in was no issues whatsoever all ran smoothly. The internal part of the villa is spot on in all aspects including comfy bed plenty of towels etc and more than enough quality cookware, crockery, glasses etc.
Disappointingly for us we felt that the outside area’s are a bit of a let down furniture wise. The only seating is dining chairs or sun lounges, it would have been nice if there was a seating area where we could just relax and chill out to enjoy the evenings but that is our opinion and it didn’t spoil our time at all.
