Clean, well appointed room with beautiful views from the balcony. Comfortable bed, excellent shower, great evening meal and helpful staff. Excellent location - 5km along the Camino trail from SJPdP - perfect distance to walk in the late afternoon, making the walk to Roncevalles the next day much easier.

Breakfast was not to my liking, but that maybe because I’m used to a much more filling meal.

It was the first albergue I stayed on the Camino Frances. Well located on the camino. Incredible views!
The old woman who checked us in wasn’t too happy that we did not speak French. She was mumbling something and we could pick up some words to that effect. I thought it was just us, but the succeding pilgrims who came after us also felt the same. We were glad to have left the next day.
