We had a nice stay. It was very clean and the ocean view and location were fabulous. The living room furniture (sectional something) was like sitting on concrete blocks. I don't think anyone could sleep on it either. Also the television service was sorely lacking but matched the 80"s decor. Too much old furniture made it hard to maneuver. We felt like we were in a maze. It could be a beautiful place if there was less of everything!

We have been doing beach vacations for 30 years. I get that we are “renting” someone’s vacay home. The location was great and complex was quiet and met our needs. This unit is filled to the brim with the owners stuff. The couch is a brick, uncomfortable not good for sitting but has lift up cushions for storage. The unit was not clean, toilets dirty and dust on every surface and light bulbs out. The easy access code on door not working and only one key available in old lock box which was inconvenient. I called the Mgmt Co and was told that they were an hour away and it was just too hard for them to get to the unit to fix things. (The new box is on the counter) TV in bead room not connected to stream or cable. This is unacceptable considering the fees charged for their services in the rental agreement. Do not rent from Evolve. You can find units in the complex for rent at a lower rate with the same view that are updated and better maintained. We talked to others while lounging at the pool who were satisfied with the unit they were in.

I’ll start w/the positives-fabulous view, great location, nice TV in living room. Negatives-TV in bedroom not working at all. Looks like from previous reviews that they have been aware of this since June, but they’re advertising that they have two TV’s in the unit. They fail to mention that one doesn’t work. Couch is extremely uncomfortable. Bathtub in Master Suite has unsightly stains in the tub. There was no stopper in that tub so no way to take a bath. There also was no toilet paper holder-half of it was broken off. There was no stopper for the sink in the other bath. Evolve contact said that sink stoppers were not listed as an amenity! Since when are basic provisions amenities? Paint was peeling off the wall in spots. There were no grab bars in either bathtub, except for one on the wall in the hallway tub. I prefer to take a bath, and slipped and I almost fell for lack of a grab bar. As others have said, there’s a lot of the owner’s possessions packed into a space that’s much smaller than it looks in the pictures.Add to this the fact that we reported all this to our contact numerous times.The final time we called her was the morning of check-out to let her know that the neighbors downstairs came to our door to ask us to take down the wind chimes because they were so loud they couldn’t sleep.She complained that we contacted her before 9:00 a.m. even though Evolve advertises that they are available 24/7. Our check-out was 10 a,m.
