Villa Lia, is a wonderful villa, POSITIONED DIRECTLY ON THE SEA with the PRIVATE ACCESS to the Bagnaia beach .
We offer the part in front of the sea that has an internal area of 300 sqm articulated on 3 levels fully independent and autonomous.
It is Unique for the exclusive ambiance characteristics , furnishings elegance and for the unforgettable panoramic sight of the gulf of Portoferraio colored by spectacular sunsets, with green valley and the Volterraio castle at the rear.
The day zone is characterized from ample saloon and lunch room view on one fantastic Big Round Terrace directly to peak on the sea and on the beautiful and Large Veranda refreshed in the summery months from the pergola .
The Great Kitchen shows oneself on the courtyard with the barbecue zone.
10 Bed Places distributed on 4 rooms and 3 Bathrooms with shower.
Room 1 – double place bed
Room2 - double place bed + sofa bed at one and a half place
Room3 - double place bed + one bed which could be add on request
Room4 - one and a half place bed + single place bed
Services of mooring for boats, rental gum boats and motorboats and school sail are available upon request.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, kunstvoll und auch liebevoll eingerichtet und die Lage ist einfach nicht zu übertreffen. Bagnaia, ein kleiner und freundlicher Badeort auf der Insel Elba, ist ruhig und es sind vor allem Italiener anzutreffen. Das Meer, ein Paar Meter entfernt, war Ende Juni sehr warm und ziemlich ruhig—sehr einladend. Die öffentlichen Parkplätze waren rege benutzt aber vorhanden und ein kleiner Spaziergang entfernt. In Hochsaison könnte es schwieriger werden. Restaurant, Bistro und ein Minimarket sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Uns hat der Aufenthalt ausgezeichnet gefallen und wir würden gerne wiederkommen oder weiterempfehlen!

We visited to celebrate my wife's birthday. Villa owner (Andrea) was very quick to respond and helpful. The onsite staff were very friendly and efficient. The best feature of the villa is the terrace which overlooks the beach.
Bars and restaurants were just opening for the season, all provided good service, El Faro was especially good, with fantastic views of the sunset.

The house and terrace areas are perfect for a large family or in our case 3 families with kids. A great location on a beautiful beach. A dishwasher and flyscreens to guard against mosquitoes would have made a huge difference.

Location is amazing. House is not... Old and decayed, rooms are hot (no AC) and you have to clean up before you leave even tho they charged us 300 euros for cleaning (!)
