Die Ausstattung ist gut und vor allem praktisch. Es gibt genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten, Ablagefläche und Haken für Handtücher und Jacken. Auch ausreichend Steckdosen für sämtliche Ladegeräte. Im Kühlschrank stand eine Flasche Wasser parat, Salz, Öl, Tee und etwas Kaffee waren vorhanden. Die Wohnung war angenehm geheizt. Das Bad ist zwar klein aber sehr sinnvoll ausgestattet.
Angela - die Dame, die den Schlüssel übergibt und die 100,- Euro Kaution in Empfang nimmt, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie wohnt im Haus gegenüber. Sie war per WhatsApp gut erreichbar -und hat auch gleich reagiert. Sehr netter Empfang. Da die Wohnung nach uns nicht vermietet war, konnten wir sogar eine Stunde länger bleiben.
Ziemlich weit entfernt vom Zentrum. Für uns dennoch ganz gut, weil wir eine Veranstaltung in der Nähe besucht haben.
Die Lage ist in einer ruhigen Wohngegend am Stadtrand von Paris.
5 Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt fährt ein Bus (Nr. 182) zur nächsten Metro Station Mairie d'Ivry. Von dort kommt man mit der M7 (La Courneuve-8-) in die Innenstadt. Das ganze dauert ca. eine Stunde. Auch mit dem Uber Car ist man ca. eine Stunde unterwegs bis ins Zentrum.
Ein Backofen wäre gut. Es gibt einen 3-Platten-Herd und eine Mikrowelle.

Le logement est comme sur les photos, il est fonctionnel et très bien placé. Proche Paris et de nombreux commerces, transports à proximité, toujours des ubers également en moins de 2min. Angela et son maris sont très accueillants et d'une gentillesse incroyable. Nous avons trouvé l'adresse parfaite pour nos prochains séjours, le logement était propre. Les lit fait, peignoir à dispo. Sur le canapé lit il y a avait même un couvre lit pour protéger les draps propre. Un service irréprochable pour ce prix vraiment.
